WHERE WILL A4 TEAMS PRACTICE

A4 has a 5 court state of the art volleyball training center featuring Taraflex® Sport-M-Comfort  floor. We do not rely on outside gyms (such as High School gyms, church gyms, etc).  All A4 teams practices will be held at our own facility: 74 Icon, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. 

HOW LONG IS THE CLUB SEASON?

The Southern California Volleyball Association (SCVA) establishes guidelines for club volleyball. The girls' season runs from tryouts through June depending upon age group and end of the year tournament schedules.  Click to view SCVA tournament schedule.

WHEN WILL A4 TEAMS PRACTICE?

Club teams practice 2-3 times per week during the season. Regional teams practice 2 times per week; Limited Travel teams 2-3 times per week and National Travel teams practice 3 times per week. A4 team practice information will be posted after teams have been formed.

HOW MUCH TIME COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CLUB SEASON?

During the competitive season (January through June) club teams play an average of two weekend tournaments per month and travel to National Qualifier tournaments (1-2 of these in the spring, three days each, may require travel outside of California). A4 Volley club teams will practice two to three times per week, with Regional teams practicing two times per week, Limited Travel teams practicing two to three times per week and National Travel teams practicing at a minimum of three times per week. Club season ends in June/early July depending on end of season tournament.  Teams will practice up until the end of season tournament.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE CLUB SEASON?

A4’s cost is competitive with elite volleyball clubs in the Southern California region. Cost varies by age group and team. Contact us for more information at info@a4volley.com.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS FOR CLUB DUES?

Yes. We do require a deposit at the time of commitment to reserve a spot on an A4 team. Please contact us at info@a4volley.com for further details.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LESSONS?

Yes. We offer individual/small group instruction.  Please contact our coaching staff directly to set up a private lesson.

WILL A4 HAVE A SAND PROGRAM?

Yes.  We plan to have sand clinics throughout the club season. We will be posting more information soon. 

HOW YOUNG CAN MY DAUGHTER BE TO PARTICIPATE?

Our youngest age group offered for competitive club volleyball is our 12U.

In addition, we offer a Youth League program throughout the year for younger athletes ages 8-14 years old who are new to the sport of volleyball. The goal of this program is to ensure that participants have an absolute blast playing the great team sport of volleyball while developing and learning the basics (passing, serving, setting, and hitting) of the game.
